Removing Apps from ASM that no longer exist

We have a number of apps in our MDM/ASM site that have been removed from the Appstore. Is there a way to remove the licenses from a location in ASM so that they do not populate in our MDM? The apps show up in our MDM, but not in ASM, so I cannot transfer the licenses to our "archive" location.
