my boyfriend has somehow taken over my phone, he did it with android so i went with iphone and now hes on it. he gets in without a password, hes a hacker, ive seen his emails, how do i take my phone back?

He knows your Passcode/Password, whether you know he does or not. There is no hacking going on, it can be done just by logging into your account online with that information.
