Apple M1 running Mac OS15 Numbers app crashes when open some existing files.

I have the same problem - primarily with files that I am sharing with another user. The single use files work OK
Are you on macOS 15.0.1 and running Numbers 14.2?
If not, try updating.
If that still doesn't work you can try uninstalling Numbers and redownloading it from the Mac App Store.
Another thing to try is set up a new user account on your Mac and see if it runs without crashing there. That might tell you whether there is a problem with preference files in your main user account.

If that doesn't help, you might consider whether there is something special about the documents that cause Numbers to crash.

Yep! still crashes, however, it opened fine in my iPad.
Have you tried turning sharing off?
Then if all goes well turn in back on.
