Is this in a particular thread? Or all threads. If it's one thread, can you link to it?
Obviously, I'm not having the problem. ;-)
ETA: If you mean this thread:
macos Sequoia causing problems with messa… - Apple Community
It has been locked and you can no longer reply to it.
Not for me, I replied to your post right now!
If you try replying to older community threads, it's very possible you no longer can. Either no one’s replied in a while, or a host has locked the thread. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.
This banner:
means the thread has been locked for inactivity or age. Also, in my long tenure here I have seen very few posters who come back weeks or months later to look for new answers to their threads.
If you come here from a search engine, you will see a lot of those banners. Search engines are not conducive to effective helping here.
The better way to help here: Bookmark this forum site map:
Choose topic areas whe you feel you can help. Use the site map links to go directly to those topics lists and work the first one or two pages. That way, posters get current information and can recognize your contributions with an upvote.

There are times when we maybe inactive on thee forums for over about 15 Minutes
Often when this happens, we are Automatically Logged Out of the Apple Support Communities
Think of this as a Security Feature much like many Canadian Banks do of you are not actively banking, they Log you Out automatically
