Choose network after Shift Option Command R - Recovery - the password it is asking IS NOT the administrator's but THE PASSWORD to you rWIFI network.

I got this screen with an Apple Support Tech on the phone who didn't mention it. I had to ask the question on google and came to this forum and sure enough it is working as I type.
