Resume upload issue in Safari on M2 Mac

My Mac (M2) is up todate and Safari as well. I can no longer upload my resume to external job sites (companys post leads you to their site to apply).

I click on the job posting in indeed, glass door, etc. and I click, apply on company website (if required). Once I do that, and hit upload resume, I get the spinning color wheel for up to 3 minutes and then nothing happens. If I try to upload again, I get the spinning wheel again.

This is a problem for the job posting site not so much macOS.

Is your resume filename really long? Try renaming the resume file to a short filename. Something like my_resume.pdf and try uploading again. A long filename with some certain disallowed characters or a space before or after the filename or a really long path and filename from the root of the disk. /Users/<yourAccount>/Documents/JobHunt/ISO123984523/LongFileNamePath/my_resume.pdf

If the length is too long and too many levels deep some systems such as your job posting site may struggle.

Copy the resume somewhere easier to reach like the Desktop or Downloads and rename the resume file to a shorter simpler name may help.
