Apple Watch work out app starts by itself

Lately ever since updating my Apple Watch to the new update my Apple Watch work out all randomly starts on its own. It’s not if I’m taking a walk, running, or anything strenuous and asks if I want to to start a work out, but it randomly starts anytime of day even if I’m sleeping and the time running. Has anyone else having this issue

Apple Watch activity rings and fitness app not working After my watch updated to iSO 26.2 the activity rings stopped working and the fitness app won’t work. I have followed all the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. The only thing that does work is deleting the watch and reinstalling but that will only last for a day or two.
