Youtube app issue

turn youtube app and i watch horizontal but when i turn to vertical the video not changing to full screen,small window stay on top left corner

When watching videos on YouTube or Netflix my screen just randomly turns black then slowly fades back to normal when I watch YouTube, Netflix or just any video on my iPad Pro, the screen randomly turns black then fades back to the video I was watching. It also does it multiple times while watching the same video. No the creator of the video did not intentionally edit it in to turn the screen black and fade back, every time it turns black and fades to normal its in a different point in the video. I have had this issue since 2 weeks ago. Is this an issue with my device and if it is how can I fix this?

Youtube glitch Whenever I play YouTube shorts there happens a glitch, even when I swipe up to next short the audio of first one plays. any solution?

App screen layout ios 26 Both my wife and I are noticing an irritating issue with app screen layout/sizing since updating to iOS26. I have an iPad Air 5, my wife the latest mini. the issue is happening on multiple apps, although for me the most common one is the Facebook app. When you open certain windows within an app, eg playing a video in FB, then certain elements of the window extend right up to the top of the screen putting controls over the top of things like the time and date, top left, or WiFi/battery, top right. The end result being selecting this controls doesn’t work reliably resulting in multiple presses to get it to work. Or they don’t work at all and you have to close the app and reopen. not sure if this is an iOS display issue or just an iOS change apps haven’t caught up with. Any ideas/suggestions? A factory reset and restoring from backup has t made any difference on my Air.
