Shared location through iPhone to Family show expired status

I would share my location with my dad indefinitely but then when he went to look at it, it would say the location has expired. What I did was I went to the Find My app and shared my location with him that way. Problem solved. It’s my civic duty to post this. You’re welcome 😫

Location sharing wrong phone comes up! My mom shared her location w family. We just found out it is not showing her location but her husbands ( diff number diff phone)! Why? How can we know HER location not his?
