How to cancel subscriptions without apple device?

I need help. My iphone broke a few months ago and I currently don't really have the money to fix it or buy a new one. My broke phone doesn't work a lot so I'm currently using a non apple device for the moment, but my subscriptions are still running since I couldn't cancel them before it broke. I looked everywhere and I don't know how to cancel my subscriptions on my icloud (I tried going to the website but I don't see a subscription part.) I forgot to mention that my iphone was the only apple device I had.
