How can I push the macbook to sync the photos immediately with icloud?

I have a business client sitting in front of me and I have to sync photos and videos taken from my iphone to the mac and for this i have got icloud. However there is no option to sync immediately. I get a message that the MacBook will sync over night if i keep it plugged in. Same is the issue with iPhone, the photos uploaded to macbook are not available for iphone no matter how many times I login/logout of cloud. It says it will do it over night as per to my usage habit. What?!

I am right now in need to get this done. The client is laughing at this and this is so embarrassing.

Why is there no Sync now button available when its needed. Do i have to be on the mercy of MacBook or iCloud to get my job done at their time? I am getting off iCloud stupidity very soon.

Anyone can help me with immediate answers to force sync please help.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 15.0

Honestly, if I'm in a hurry, I use airdrop.

On the iPhone, in the main Photos window, you can see your Account image, and under your name it will tell about your Library and the sync info, possibly including a "Resume" or "Pause" or maybe "Sync Now" button, or a "Synced just now" statement. The Wifi at the cafe I'm at is pretty slow, and my Phone has been saying "Syncing 1 item" for a few minutes, but the picture is already at iCloud.com and on my Mac.

In Mac Photos, at the bottom of the Library view, there is the same sort of syncing info.
