My wake-up alarm is too quiet. It doesn't wake me up.

When I set my alarm in the sleep focus, the volume is all the way up. But when my morning comes, it comes on so quietly that I sleep right through it. This makes it useless!

I woke up before my alarm this morning. I listened to it as it started. The first note was at the correct volume, but it immediately got a lot quieter. I could barely hear it. Something is telling the phone to quiet the alarm. I can understand why this should happen with a ringing phone, but it's terrible for an alarm that I need to wake me up. I missed an important wake-up the other day and arrived late to my meeting without any breakfast. Please fix this! This doesn't even happen with the alarms I set in my clock app. Why would it happen with a sleep alarm?

I just changed that, but I won't know if it works because I can't test it until I wake up tomorrow morning. But that doesn't explain why it fails to wake me up. That shouldn't be a factor when I'm sound asleep. And if it is, it shouldn't be. Missing a wake-up alarm can be a big deal. Apple should make the wake-up alarm immune to Attention Awareness, especially since any button I touch will silence the alarm.

I'll post the results tomorrow.
