Weird iCloud message

I am getting messages that my iCloud is discontinued and full! But it is NOT full

Text message I keep getting a text That says my iCloud is full. None of my other devices tell me that the iCloud is full is this a scam or is that true?

The message is a scam presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender.
