It is a web form; however, I switched from Safari to Google and the form worked ok. I'm finding that Safari is less friendly than google these days, with certain kinds of documents. Thanks for responding, but I got the form done on Google.
Is this a web form, a PDF form, or some other type of document? Please specify.
I too have several browsers installed, as some sites work better on one than the other.
