Swiping down sometimes works for me, often doesn't.. I just want the flashlight etc. icons that USED TO BE conveniently located at the bottom of my home screen to be easily accessed. iOS 18 has really mucked this up!

Control Center is a view, not an app, so no
If you had one or two controls you can add them as widgets, using something like Widgetsmith, below the time, but not Control Center
You can assign control centre to back tap. It can be triggered anytime in any app / screen.
By default the Flashlight and camera Icons are still on the Lock Screen
but, if yours are missing, just press and hold on the Lock Screen, and in the Home Screen gallery tap “Customize” and you can read them using the plus buttons for those two locations
What I really want is a Control Center icon on my home screen that I can tap and get to CC. The right upper corner down swipe is VERY difficult for me. Any ideas?
