Hi, my daughter has travelled to the USA from the UK and is unable to use her phone. What does she need to do to use it to get online etc. is there something in setting she hasn’t done? Thank you.

Your daughter's phone was set up to use a cellular carrier in the U.K. to only work in the U.K.
Check with the cellular carrier to see if they offer an International Plan as an option, so the phone can be used in other countries.
For example, my carrier in the U.S. offers an International plan option.....at additional cost.....so when I travel to other countries, the phone will automatically connect to a carrier in the country that I am visiting.
