Error 1109 during iPhone 12 restore via computer

I'm trying to restore my iPhone 12 via a computer, but every time I get error 1109. There's no such error in the documentation, that's why I'm writing here. I can't even turn on my iPhone now, because I don't have ios on my phone. What should I do?

I have resolved the issue. It appears to be a problem with ISPs or routers preventing connections to Apple servers. While restoring from the Apple Devices app, you need to be connected to a mobile hotspot. It worked for me, and I hope it helps you as well.

I forgot to mention that, to ensure all connections go through the hotspot’s DNS, I completely disconnected the laptop from the network, restarted it, and only then connected it via USB to an Android phone. If it still doesn’t work, you could try using a SIM card from a different provider. Hope this helps.

This worked a treat for me. The original restore using the Apple Devices app on my Windows 11 computer did not work, and resulted in the (1109) error. I connected the computer to my hotspot and went through the restore process again, this time it completed successfully. Thanks Lacatusuuuu!
