Missing 'Now That's What I Call Classic Soul' album on iPhone and iTunes

Some time ago on my iphone, I downloaded the album 'Now That's What I Call Classic Soul', which consisted of 3 CDs. This has now completely disappeared both from my phone and Itunes, including 'Purchased Music'. It appears that 'Now' have withdrawn this 3 CD set and replaced it with a new 5 CD set costing over £80!!

How do I recover the music that I have paid for?
