I‘m using a Live.de mailbox which should be used as outlook.com mail profile on iPhone and iPad.
The Junk folder will be shown as „Junk-E-Mail“ folder but Apple mail app does not recognize this folder as spam/junk folder. Just as a normal folder and that‘s really annoying. All spam mails will be showing up as normal mails. Also in Tag-Folder.

I found the reason for this issue:
My mailbox on outlook.com was configured for using German language. Mailbox folders are also named in German language. after changing the general language in mailbox settings to English (US), junk-folder was recognized correctly.
