How can I correct name on Apple Watch after upgrading my iPhone?

I found the answer in a thread from 2021. On my phone (not the watch app) : Settings>apps>contacts>myinfo

somehow when my data transferred from the old phone to the new, this field did not match up, so the new phone just populated from the first contact on the list instead of my user profile ( weirdly, my profile showed up at the bottom of the contact list, not the top). After I deleted the wrong contact in the my info, my profile picture/info defaulted to the top of the contact page, and now the name is correct on my watch

No, when I complete a workout or activity in the health app, the feedback response message that you will sometimes get after completing a challenge is now addressed to the first name on my phone contacts list instead of my first name as it used to display. All of my names match across my phone, watch, and apps and settings, and I do not “share” my workouts or health information, so there is no reason why the watch should pull a random person from my contact list and associate it with a workout challenge
