I’ve written the programmer Kyle with clean your iPhone photos many times. Still getting charged $6.81 every week for something I did not purchase, yet every week I have a purchase come out of my bank account stated Apple.ComBill!! How do I resolve this because there’s zero subscriptions on my phone?
If this isn't involving Family Sharing, and there are no matching subscriptions on any of your Apple Accounts, then your payment info may have been compromised; card fraud.
Somebody else may be using your payment card for their purchases.
Contact your payment provider, and discuss this with them.
Are you the organizer of a family share group? If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
Thanks for confirming you’re not a family share organizer. Like MrHoffman said this would mean your card is compromised so definitely contact your bank to report it, dispute the charges and get a new card.
No I am not the organizer! Thank you for trying though. It was supposed to be a free app that I tried and is now charging me $6.81 a week! I have written the app creator many times with zero responses!! Tomorrow I will go to my bank and delete this card off my apple account for good! Even though I have zero credit or debit card information on my phone!
