Horizontal lines across screen on iPhone 11
The three, mainly black, lines on the screen started as small glitches but now stretch
from one side to the other. Updating to 17.7 has not helped.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
If the above does not resolve the issue, then this appears to be a hardware issue. Take a screenshot of your iPhone. Does the photo show those horizontal lines? If those lines do not show in the screenshot photo, then the issue is a failing display on your iPhone. If those lines show in the screenshot photo, then your motherboard may be failing in your iPhone.
I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
