If by "pen" you mean an Apple Pencil, then the answer is "no."

The Apple Pencils are not compatible with MacBook Pro trackpads, as they are designed exclusively for use with iPads that support Apple Pencil input. The MacBook trackpad doesn’t have the necessary hardware to detect the Apple Pencil’s input, so even though the trackpad can sense touch, it cannot register stylus input in the same way an iPad does.

However, it may be possible to use a third-party stylus to some extent on the trackpad, but they aren’t very reliable or precise due to the lack of pressure sensitivity and precision. As such I can't recommend any for you to use for this.

If your goal is to create signatures, a good workaround is to use an iPhone or iPad (if you have one) through Continuity Sketch or Continuity Markup. This feature allows you to draw on your iOS or iPadOS device and seamlessly transfer the signature to your Mac.
