Static noise and crackling noise while using ANC and transparency mode in Airpods Pro 1 Magsafe case lightening port (2022 Model)

Recently I found my Airpods Pro 1st gen with Magsafe Case (2022 Model) have identical issue of Static noise while using ANC or Transparency Mode which the other 1st Gen Airpods Pro had. The issue disappears when the ANC modes are off. I debugged further and found a service program that includes the Airpods pro manufactured before Oct 2020 (initially it was 2019 apple silently increased the window to Oct 2020 ;))

The catch here is I investigated further and found my Airpods Pro Model number is:

AirPods Pro 1

Model number: A2084

Year introduced: 2019

Apple Service Centre confirmed that my airpods are Manufactured in 2022 so they won't have the same defect and cant be serviced under the service program (AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues - Apple Support) even when the issue has alrady been acknowledged in this thread If your AirPods Pro (1st generation) make crackling or static sounds - Apple Support

Things don't stop here , there are plenty of new reports with the same issue in discussion forums , one of them is here AirPods Pro Crackling Noise - Apple Community. So maybe its time apple recognizes the issue and resolved it for all the faulty devices especially the Airpods Pro 1st Gen manufactured in 2022.

The issue is so frustrating when that when you travel with ANC on with these Airpods Pro, the crackling keeps disturbing with each shake of the Car or your head. Hope this gets addressed soon.
