That device was originally sold in South Korea. The find my network, which is used for locating things like AirTags and iPhones that are powered off, is illegal there. That functionality is not available on your phone.

Hello, don’t worry I had that issue. Also, if you have any other connected devices or anything like that, please make sure that they all are connected to the same Apple account, which should be also connected to the same iCloud account and then also do a reset of your settings And make sure when you go in there that everything‘s backed up but if it’s the new iPhone 16 with this upgrade software upgrades that you got make sure that you definitely upgraded the software. Also, it should be working just fine after that if you have a certain type of Internet provider also Which shouldn’t be the issue make sure there’s no restrictions or limitations but if you do all of this try to do it from a desktop but when you reset everything and have everything synced up and linked up, you should be good to go. Good luck.

They got mag tags that pack your phone like a magnet also well it’s not but it looks like that goes in the back of your phone but from how you sound I don’t think you’re gonna be losing it. You can get a case that has a tracker on it Apple tag there’s plenty of way but make sure you leave on last known place and at least you will have somewhere to start.

I would have to disagree being that it was sold in South Korea and the future is not allowed or available that doesn’t mean that it was made in South Korea meaning the hardware that’s on there is hardware that’s on there so of course it could be an older model iPhone, but you can always go in and change the Location of where you’re located. You can do that with a VPN with whatever so what that being said when you first sign in, you can just put a different location which I would not recommend if it’s not allowed just my two cents.
