I just upgraded to Sequoia. Now I have windows suddenly expanding to fill the entire screen of my Studio Display even when I have manually resized them to the dimensions that I want. How can I disable this?

Is it happening when you drag a window? If so, turn off Apple menu > System Settings > Desktop & Stage Manager > Tile by dragging windows to screen edges.
If that option is on and you drag a window to the top, it will expand; if you drag it back down it will return to its previous size.

Go to Apple > System Settings > Desktop & Dock > scroll down to the Tile section and turn off the switches.
