I never received my refund for an item the total pay of 70.99 I reached out to the company they said they already refunded me but I never received the money on Apple Pay

Apple is not a bank and is not involved in refunds or transfers of any funds, including payments.
When a merchant approves a return or refund, the funds travel from the merchant’s banks to the bank associated with your payment method. The process generally takes from 5 to 15 business days. Apple is not involved in the process.
