I'm unable to turn on Sync library on Apple Music

I am using Apple Music on Windows 11. This was formerly an iTunes library that was recently updated to Apple Music when iTunes was deprecated. I am subscribed to Apple Music and want to sync this library. When I try to turn on Sync Library, I get the error "Genius results can't be updated right now. An internal server error occurred. Please try again later." but no useful information.
