Unable to login to my water damaged iPhone

um so basically I dropped my phone in water and I let it dry and it worked except in the password thing nine stop working and I kept clicking a lot of numbers now it longed me out for 3 minutes I did it again it went to five and then 7 and then i did it again and it went to 3 hours so I waited 3 hours and checked if the password number nine the number and it did not worked so I powered it off and it went back to 3 hours so I cant go on that phone anymore I haven’t went on that phone since July 19 2024 also it is iPhone 12.
