Conditional highlighting in a pivot table
Can anyone tell me how to do conditional formatting in a pivot table in numbers?
Pivot Tables are generally most useful quick and powerful analysis and looks at your data in various ways, not as "final" presentation. If you need the format just so, including conditional formatting, then you could consider creating a "regular" table, copy-pasting from the Pivot Table into it, and then formatting the regular table as desired.
