My wireless carrier won’t unlock my iphone

Axel Foley, is 100% correct. This is not an Apple issue, nor one anyone on this forum can help you solve. Your carrier is under absolutely no obligation to remove the carrier lock until you pay off what you owe. This is between you and them only. If you owe them money and don't continue to pay your debt, they can and likely will blacklist the phone, making it impossible for the phone to connect to any carrier network, making the phone totally unusable.

There is nothing Apple, or anyone who is reading your post, can do about your iPhone and the unlocking requirements of the carrier that locked it. This is solely between you and Boost Mobile.

And to further note, a third party unlocking company is only going to take money from you. Yes, it is a scam. You are stuck with a locked phone until you meet the obligations that you have agreed to, and only then will they entertain the idea of unlocking the device.
