My iPhone 16 Pro Max keeps freezing

My new iphone 16 pro max has so many issues. It freezes ALL THE TIME. i can’t use my camera app, i have to use snapchat to take pics. Outgoing calls, my mic doesn’t work and nobody can hear me. It randomly crashes all the time. It gets super hot while charging and does not hold charge very well. The AI features aren’t even able to be used. the camera button is USELESS considering every time i open my camera app the phone crashes. Sometimes when i open another app on facetime it causes this weird noise to happen and i can no longer hear the person im on my phone with. I don’t know what to do ab this.
