Unable to uninstall apps from iPhone SE 2022

I cannot uninstall any app from iphone se2022. I can only delete it from display, but not from the apps-library. In the content menu is not available option "delete". Any idea, please?

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
