iPhone iOS 17.5 find the one tab streaming in the background

I usually leave Safari tabs open as I continue my work. Frequently I choose a website to play (to stream) while opening new or other tabs. I like to keep it playing until I want to stop or change it – but with many open in the background how can I simply have Safari show the one which I’m hearing? (to change which track or which portion of a long journal article etc. that I now wish it to stream?)
