iPhone 5c running iOS 10.3.4???
My iPhone 5c was updated recently and somehow it’s running iOS 10.3.4. I hope it doesn’t ruin the phone as I use it for music.

MacTracker lists iOS 10.3.3 as the highest version of iOS that will run on the iPhone 5c.
It could be that the MacTracker database is incorrect, and some or all variants of the iPhone 5c can actually run iOS 10.3.4. MacTracker shows iOS 10.3.4 as being the highest version of iOS for every iPhone 5 series model other than the iPhone 5c.
In any event,

10.3.4 seems to be a bug fix release ( About iOS 10 Updates - Apple Support• ) that would be unlikely to do harm.
• You can't update that iPhone past iOS 10, which makes that phone essentially obsolete as far as its ability to run modern apps.
I noticed that about MacTracker, but it is a 5C from the model number and the screenshot clearly shows 10.3.4. So I suspect it is a recent update that hasn’t made it to MacTracker yet. My SWAG is that it was updated so Apple wouldn’t have to maintain 2 version.
iOS 10.3.4 was released in June of 2019, almost 5 1/2 years ago. Why do you think it would ruin the phone and do you have a valid question to ask?
As far as the phone being ruined, it looks like that ship has already sailed.
MGF32LL/A is iPhone 5C A6 32-bit.
iOS 10.3.4 (14G61) fixed a GPS-related error arising when older iPhone models mishandled the week rollover on 3rd November 2019. It’s not necessary for 5C, but (based on details around the ‘net) it will work.
What happened for this iPhone 5C, donno.
But I can think of at least two possibilities.
iOS 10.3.4 is, however, entirely inconsequential to continued use for music playback.
Given both the age and the display damage, I’d back up those 37 photos, if you don’t already have copies elsewhere.
Sorry? What is your question?
It can't run anything higher.
That device is long obsolete. It was discontinued 9 years ago.
The update shouldn’t affect anything that was previously working.

Apparently, your source for that information was incorrect.
Historically 10.3.4 was only for the iPhone 5 to fix a hardware glitch, and MacTracker says the 5C and 5S support only up to 10.3.3, as Servant of Cats said.
True, but I've found MacTracker to be slow to keep up a lot of the time... I would not be surprised if whoever maintains it hasn't noticed the update for the 5c being available... It's not unreasonable to assume that Apple has left it completely in the dust and no longer updates it at all...
When they do issue an update, it may very well go unnoticed.
Well obviously it’s old and yeah I was confused in how it was updated to iOS 10.3.4.

It looks like the update didn’t ruin your phone yet
