Cannot view apple music history on ios18

It would be pretty useful to see the music history in apple music on iphone with ios18. why doesn't this work?

One would think that with their great apple music app, this should be a fully functional app with something as basic as a listening history that one can scroll through and select previously heard tunes.

How about it apple?

Apple Music: Where is played song history? In Apple Music Version 1.6.0.151 - where is the 'history' located? This is the feature that was present in previous version that showed all previously played songs. Is it no longer included?
