Driver IOUserServer (IOUserBluetoothSerialDriver)

Hello everyone I have a non-standard problem and have already despaired of looking for any solution, but I realized that I can write to the Apple Community.

So, the problem started with the abrupt shutdown of the MacBook (it does not matter if it is charged at 50% or 100%, the MacBook turned off, then I turned on for half a second and turned off again, or rather went into sleep mode). I tried it.:

1. Calibrate the battery as recommended on the forums, which included a light load such as watching videos until fully discharged, but the computer turned off much earlier

2. reset SMC

Next, I saw a system report with this excerpt of the message:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff801214bfde): Driver IOUserServer(com.apple.IOUserBluetoothSerialDriver-0x100000dd9) has crashed too many times

Mac OS version:
24A348

then I try to try to turn on/off bluetooth and unlink all devices, restart the macbook.

nothing helps.

next, I saw the AppleUserHIDDrivers process in the System Monitoring (the number of Linux and Unix system calls hit 232 and 336 thousand)

(/System/Library/DriverExtensions/com.apple.AppleUserHIDDrivers)

and from these two processes (AppleUserHIDDrivers and IOUserBluetoothSerialDriver in a system report) and the article realized that calling these processes several times causes the kernel to panic.

The most interesting thing is that with connected charging, the macbook doesn't shutdown.

I'm confused, I don't understand what the problem is - a faulty battery or some drivers/software errors.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.0
