Air Print, M1 & 9340 CDW Printer

Having a difficult time getting the M1 to “iPrint & SCAN” via WiFi on the 9340 CDW !!!!

Tried several fixes that have been recommended .... including iscan, vuescan, and a few others ..... so thank you of the help !!!!

Seems after more searching that "AIR PRINT" .....is the Apple recommendation ...... HOWEVER ........ the explanations and directions to confirm the 9340 has the ability .....as well as the M1 ...... lousy !!!!

Seems there is a Business in Technical Manual ......... explanation !!!!!!

Any further help is greatly greatly appreciated

If it is the Brother MFC-9340CDW multifunction device, then it has those abilities. You do not need any additional software. You can use the Preview app to scan.

If it isn't working try resetting your router.

The printer must be added to Printers & Scanners as an AirPrint printer, so if that is not what it's using then add it again. You must explicitly select AirPrint.

First try resetting the Mac Printing System.

Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem - Apple Support

Then if that doesn't help, contact Brother Support
