Its one month today purchasing Iphone 15 and battery health drops down to 98 within 45 charge cycle how can it drop so fast in normal use . It drop from 100 to 99 within 28 charge cycle and at 45 it drops to 98

Battery health is going to drop, that is what it is supposed to do.
under average use and various other environmental factors, it is normal that it will drop 1% per month.
How often you discharge and charge the battery, if you are in a hot or cold environment all effects battery health.
You are expected to replace the battery once it hits 80%.
If you feel it is dropping to fast, take it into Apple to be evaluated.
Its drops down to 2 % within a month its dropping fast. The place where i am living in not so hot and not so cold its moderate , phone only gets heat up while charging. But dropping 2% within 1 month is not expected even not using heavily
The average drop is 1% per month and the drop is not linear meaning some months may not drop at all and other months will drop more. You will need more than 1 month to determine if that is average. Give it 8 months, then see where you are at.
