I have already applied through the Apple website regarding the purchase of Duolingo $79.99 for a year. Yesterday, 10/27/2024, this amount was withdrawn from my card. I did not want to buy it. I want to return my money to the card from which it was withdrawn. The website says that "refund reimbursed" but still nothing has arrived on the card, I ask you to resolve this and return my money
