In Photos, the date the photos were added is the correct day and month, but the year is 2025; it's still only 2024. How do I change the date of the batches? The date may have been the date on the camera.

Select all photos that need the date corrected together - you can do this in the Imports album or in a smart album with the rule "Date Captured is after 1.1.2025".
File > New Smart Album:
Then select all items in this album at once with ⌘A.
Now do as Yer_Man suggested and use the command "Image > Adjust Date and time".
When you now change the Date Adjusted to 2024 for the first selected photo, the dates for the other selected photos will be shifted by the same offset, just one year back.
