I would like to identify a charge on my bill for $17.98 for electronic software on 10/13/24?

To see is this is a charge made by criminals spoofing Apple, the most important part of that article lobsterghost1 links is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us, and Apple are not the only firm being spoofed.


If that is the case, Apple will have no record of what criminals do, and only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.


⚠️ Important note for reviewing your Apple purchase history: If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you set the "Apple ID" box to the "All" option to get a complete history of purchases Apple shows as made from your account:
