Emails detailing fraudulent Apple Pay charges in another country

Earlier this year I was regularly getting emails, all in Arabic, detailing (as far as I can tell, as I don't read Arabic) small charges at a bus stop in Qatar (I live in Canada). At first I didn't think much of it and figured it was spam, but after my credit card details were stolen (now replaced) I took a closer look at the emails. They were going to a gmail account I don't regularly use, and they were from snoonu.com, and beneath the number detailing the charge, it said "Apple Pay". I followed the instructions to delete Apple Pay from my phone and the emails stopped. I didn't think much more of it.

This morning, after a multi-month pause, I just got another one of those emails. I never reinstated my Apple Pay. Is there someone at Apple I can discuss this with? The charges are small but I want to make sure they are not accessing my accounts through my now-defunct card in some way (or using my new card associated with my old Apple Pay somehow).

Nothing can come off Apple Pay without authentication. Someone could use your card details that they obtain some other way and add it to their Apple Pay but they would also need to know your banking credentials. It’s far more likely that the emails are fake or the email addresses was entered incorrectly
