Writing tools, new Siri glow, messages summarisation are not available after updating to 18.1

I have a iPhone 15 Pro and I updated to iOS 18.1. I cannot find ANY apple AI features at all. No revamped Siri, no photo smart eraser, no text summaries, nothing. This seems like 18.0 exactly to me. It said it successfully installed 18.1... but I get nothing. Help???
Changing the language to US English in settings —-> language & region sorted my issue

My apple intelligence ain’t working and I have upgraded and done everything that could make it not work on my New 15 promax
I have the iPhone 15 pro max. We bought two other phones with mine but after updating our phones(18.3) mine is the only one that doesn’t have apple intelligence
