I turn it OFF and it comes back on. I turn it off snd it comes back on. I turn it off and it comes back on.
This is a newly developed problem. Same TV. Same Apple box. Same remote.

Try unplugging the Apple TV from power for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and test it.
