hello i have a 15 pro max and i upgraded my iphone to ios 18.1 but there isn't any AI and i wanted to see when AI come to france and if you don't know can you tell me how sell my iphone with the best price? Because i spent a lot for buying an iphone and there isn't any AI but i can buy many android phones with AI

What country are you in? What language is your phone set to? Did you turn the feature on in Settings>Apple Intelligence & Siri?
Are you sure you updated to iOS 18.1? It just came out a couple of hours ago.

Apple Intelligence is not currently available in France.
Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad mini (A17 Pro), and iPad and Mac models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as part of an iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features, additional platforms, and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
Note that it is now out of beta.
Sell your phone if you want but even with out Apple Intelligence, it's a great phone.
apple intelligence will be available in france after 2025? Because now there isn’t any good option in ios 18.1 i updated and i just see that the emoji keyboard is changed and nothing else and i gave a lot of money to use apple intelligence but the company don’t do the same work for the costumers in usa and france but i can buy a samsung s24 with a great AI and 7 years of update and i can use features of galaxy AI

Apple hasn't made any announcements about when/if Apple Intelligence will be available in the EU.

If you want to buy a Samsung phone, by all means, go do that. They do seem to have gotten the exploding battery problem under control.
