Iphone 15 pro max which using the code CH/A, I’m not in Chinese but it’s don’t appear this new feature after update to 18.1

Apple Intelligence is only available in the U.S. right now.
Yeah but not for around the world yet due to they said Iphone 16 is support with this new feature but right now is still have a limit for some country

Apple has released Apple Intelligence exactly as they said they would.
Is Apple intelligence available on Iphone 15 Pro Max with the CH/A code ?
