In future will Apple intelligences available in China region purchased devices?

I purchased iphone 16 pro Chinese version but unfortunately Apple intelligences is not available in the region of China. My apple account region in Pakistan. In future can expect Apple Intelligences in my device?

Looks like users with Chinese equipment still have to wait.
