ipod touch gen 4 unable to connect to icloud server


So I recently received an iPod touch gen 4 and wanted to set it up for the first time.

Model: MC547J/A

iOs version: 6.1.6


I’m unable to log in with an existing iCloud or create a new iCloud account.


  • I’ve tried to set it up on 3 different networks without any luck.
  • I tried 3 different active Apple accounts but issue persist.
  • iPod has been reset and restarted multiple times with same negative outcome.


Any help/advice will be appreciated.
