Whenever i tried to download the app it says this account is not used for i tu es yet. When i review and submit all the details the error pop up saying" the phone number area code must be 8 digit or less number.you have not completed the entire form"
I entered correct number while creating my apple id. I dont know what to do now.
How many digits do you have in your telephone number?
Note that in general it works best if all your information is consistent to a single country. I don't know that this is the problem but if your phone number is from one country it may not be acceptable if your account is set to another one.
Make sure you scroll down all the way and check the form is complete.
You can try doing this at https://music.apple.com and see if it makes a difference.
